Employee Development

Our employees work hard, and we recognize the importance of a good work/life balance and simply having some fun at work. We believe everyone needs a little time to re-energize throughout the day, and have different amenities at each of our offices where our employees can have a little fun and decompress, including foosball, darts, ping-pong, Wii, dominoes, and chess. We also sponsor fun events, such as our annual employee picnic, Halloween Costume Contest, Thanksgiving and Holiday feasts, and a variety of other employee engagement events throughout the year, including monthly Town Hall meetings.

Community Involvement

Part of being a BCC employee is being involved in the communities that we serve. We believe community involvement is directly connected to employee wellness, and encourage our employees to participate in a variety of activities, including:

Giving Back
