Wayne R. Waters leads BCC Engineering’s Central and North Florida office located just outside Orlando. Managing a multi-faceted and growing team, he’s also in the thick of the firm’s pioneering design-build work, devising solutions that contribute to successful outcomes.
For more than 45 years, Waters has built a career in civil engineering with experience in organizations both in Florida and outside the state. He spent 16 years at the Florida Department of Transportation, including many years as a consultant project manager. At FDOT, he was building on the legacy of his father and other family members who had lifelong careers with the agency.
Since joining BCC Engineering in 2010, he continues to draw from the relationships and skills he has honed through his diverse and extensive experience. Throughout his career, Waters has designed and managed major roadway, bridge, and interchange design projects, including rural and urban expressways, arterial highways, and local streets.
Leveraging decades of experience and relationships, Waters focuses on taking care of business today while planning for the future, increasing BCC’s presence and accomplishments.
