Victor is a Senior Vice President with BCC Engineering. His focus is on the expansion of the firm’s municipal market presence across all divisions. Victor has a wealth of experience, with a passion for developing new business opportunities and bringing projects to life from concept to reality. Most recently, Victor served as Senior Vice President at Crystal Lagoons® where he was responsible for the planning, design, and construction oversight of all projects within the United States. In addition, Victor provided technical oversight and client management for high-profile projects in Australia, South Africa, and the Middle East.
Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. During his senior year, he began his career as an intern at PBS&J (currently Atkins- SNC Lavalin) where he quickly captured the attention of the Senior Leadership Team at the time. Throughout his 10-year career with the firm, he was continuously given additional responsibilities and returned to South Florida where he served as the Florida Division Manager for the Public Sector.
Victor has been active in professional associations and community organizations, serving on the board of directors for the Miami Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society and as a Trustee at the Florida Engineering Foundation. For almost 10 years, Victor has been a member of the FAMU/FSU Advisory Board for the Civil/Environmental Engineering Department and is an active volunteer with Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
Victor’s experience with projects in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry in the US, Latin America, and the Middle East, has proven to be extremely valuable to BCC. Victor will work to develop and implement growth and business development strategies, maximize client and stakeholder relationships, and coach teams to meet project goals and achieve client satisfaction.
