When Manny Raymat was an information technology consultant, he worked with many businesses and never thought he’d end up as an employee of a client. But when Jose Muñoz and Ariel Millan bought BCC Engineering in 2006, he saw an incredible “think tank” work environment, and he wanted in. He brought his considerable skills to set up the company’s information technology department. Today, he handles the IT needs for all the offices.
Raymat appreciates BCC’s flexibility and enjoys working with his brother, Daniel, who is an engineer in the firm. When there’s a problem, Raymat drops whatever he’s doing to tackle the most critical need. His highest priority is to keep the work flowing, so that BCC Engineering is always looking for the best possible solution for clients, especially with technology needs.
