As the Roadway Division Manager and Tampa Office Lead, Lindsey M Skourellos, PE brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in transportation engineering, specializing in roadway design and project management. From local roadways to major interchanges, she has played a key role in shaping Florida’s infrastructure, delivering practical, high-quality solutions to complex challenges. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), Lindsey has called Tampa home since 2008 and is truly invested in the region’s growth and mobility.
Lindsey has served as the Engineer of Record (EOR), Project Manager and Project Engineer for various agencies including Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Districts 1, 2, 5, 7, Florida Turnpike Enterprise, as well as several municipalities.
Lindsey is passionate about leaving a legacy of safer, expanded infrastructure. She is equally dedicated to empowering her team, helping them build skills for life, and creating a workplace culture that fosters growth, innovation, and long-term fulfillment.
