Mr. Benitez is an Operations Manager with extensive experience in highway and transportation projects throughout Florida. He has designed or managed numerous major highway and transportation projects since 2009, steadily progressing from the design of roadway geometries, signing and pavement markings, traffic signalization, roadway drainage, and roadway lighting to the overall management of the project team for a number of high profile projects. Mr. Benitez provides guidance and direction to the design teams including engineering analysis, design, permitting, and post-design support. In this way, his experience includes continuous coordination with the client/owner, sub-consultants, contractors, and permitting agencies from the onset of a project through its completion. Most importantly, Mr. Benitez completely understands the nuances unique to local South Florida highway and transportation projects.
