Alex George

With over three decades of experience in drainage and project management, Alex is a trusted expert in public sector transportation and water resources projects. As a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Maryland, he has served as Engineer of Record (EOR) for major projects across Florida and the mid-Atlantic region. His role extends beyond design—he provides critical quality control reviews, making sure every project meets the highest standards for BCC’s clients.

Alex believes the best solutions come from teamwork. His expertise in drainage and stormwater system design allows him to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, developing practical, constructable solutions for some of Florida’s most complex transportation projects. He has successfully guided projects through permitting with agencies such as the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and Water Management Districts, leading to a smooth path from design to approval.
