The project consists of reconstructing Kings Highway to provide a four-lane suburban typical section with continuous pedestrian and bicycle facilities. BCC will be the Prime Designer for this project and be responsible for Roadway, Drainage, Structural, Signing/Pavement Marking and ITS designs. This is the third segment of the Kings Highway Reconstruction program. BCC was the Engineer-of-Record for the two previous segments.
