The scope of work involvesnecessary infrastructure modifications to support the All-Electronic Tolling (AET) conversion of Osceola Parkway between the pavement joint approximately 1,500 feet east of the mainline toll facility and the ramp taper termini west of the westbound Poinciana Boulevard on-ramp to Osceola Parkway.   

Services to be performed include Signing and Pavement Markings to support the AET conversion between the limits and the installation of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) inclusive of a fiber optic network (FON) trunkline, Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) subsystem, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) subsystem along Osceola Parkway from the interchange with Interstate 4 to Dyer Boulevard and along SR 535 (Kissimmee Vineland Road) from south of Kyng’s Heath Road to south of Polynesian Isle Boulevard.  

BCC’s TEO scope includes Design Project Management, Signing and Pavement Marking, ITS, and Tolling.
