The building will be a seven-story educational facility with classrooms and specialty rooms (Computer Labs, Science Labs, Offices), assembly spaces, an 800-person cafeteria with a full kitchen, a terrace overlooking Miami, a 16,000 SF gymnasium, bathrooms and gym lockers, and administrative areas. The five-level parking garage includes one level of subterranean parking and four levels above grade. This will be lined by habitable space to shield parking and service functions from public view. BCC provided structural design services, construction administration, and threshold inspections.
