The school will have a 600-student capacity with students ranging from infants to 5th grade. The rooftop terrace will have landscaped areas, a play area, a basketball court, and a soccer field. BCC is the Engineer-of-Record for the structural design which includes reinforced concrete columns and beams, precast prestressed concrete joists, and spread foundations. BCC also provided construction administration and Threshold Inspection services.
KLA Academy is an early childhood education facility that offers preschool children an early and easy integration to kindergarten. This project consisted of the design and construction of a new five-story 91,000 SF building with one level of underground parking and a rooftop terrace.
