This project includes additional site features, including landscaping, sidewalk improvements, fencing/screening, and decorative paving at selected areas. This structure is designed to be certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building. Professional engineering services included structural design, construction administration, and threshold inspections.
This project involved the design and development of an 11-story, mid-rise, mixed-income housing complex, which includes surface parking, resident amenities, and 150 affordable and workforce housing live/work units.
