The project includes surface parking, resident amenities, and 168 residential apartments comprised of studio units and 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units. Additional site features include landscaping, sidewalk improvements, fencing/screening and decorative paving at selected areas. The building is also designed to be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified. Professional engineering services include providing structural design, construction administration, and threshold inspections.
